OurSay, along with the University of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU), invites every student to join the debate about higher education at the University of Melbourne. Vice-Chancellor Professor Glyn Davis will answer the 3 most popular questions in a live panel discussion on Wednesday 24 October at 5pm!
The Garage Sale Trail is coming to Melbourne and we are calling on all residents, businesses and community groups to hold a garage sale. Saturday 5 May, 11am-3pm.
Location: North Court, Tin Alley Road (entry from Gate 1 on Swanston St), University of Melbourne.
The Student Union supports the collection of the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) and the capacity for students to defer payments. This fee is collected by the University and disbursed to support UMSU, MUSUL, GSA, MU Sport, University Childcare and a range of other student services provided by the University.
Lockers are available to hire for all students and cost $90 for the year. They are located in Union House. For more information visit the Information Centre, ground floor, Union House.
The Student Union provides noticeboards in Union House where students can advertise goods and services, accommodation, furniture, lifts to and from University (and interstate), textbooks and cars – all for free.
All students will automatically have access to all Union services in 2012.
The Student Union has formed a partnership with The Wisdom Teeth Professionals to offer students discounted dental care.
This new bus route will operate as a one-year trial, and will provide connections between Moonee Ponds, Parkville Gardens, and the northern end of the CBD.
