For students from rural and regional Victoria, VCE Summer School is offering a residential program so they can still enjoy all the fun and action. The Residential Program will be run at one of the Residential Halls and Colleges affiliated with Melbourne University. The Residence is still to be confirmed.
This will provide a unique insight into college lifestyle for students to consider in the future. The program will provide a home away from home for the duration of the program. As well as full participation in the Day program, an additional activities program for residential students will be run by the Residential Tutor team, with a major focus on learning about the city of Melbourne and the dynamic lifestyle that it encompasses. Students will be supervised at all times by tutors, including a small group of Residential Tutors who have been picked for their concern, integrity and their commitment to the welfare of others.
Note: The Residential Program of Summer School 2009 will run from Sunday, 10 January 2010 to Friday, 22 January 2010, excluding the weekend 16-17 January 2010. If you require accommodation during this weekend, additional costs will apply.
