Introduction

In compliance with Rule 97.4 of the constitution the minutes of meetings and documents tabled at meetings are made available here for students to inspect. Inspection of documents is not permitted only when documents contain personal information (e.g. staff files), concern or are relevant to any legal proceedings UMSU is or may be engaged in or would otherwise cause UMSU to be in breach of Privacy Legislation, confidentiality or applicable contractual obligations (see Rule 166.2 of the constitution).

Sub-Committees

The Finance and Staffing Sub-Committees were dissolved following a change to the UMSU Constitution on March 19, taking effect on May 28. The Operations Sub-Committee was created as the sole Sub-Committtee, taking effect from May 28.
