In Person

  1. Complete this form:
    Student Union Membership Form Half Year 08 276KB
  2. take it to a Student Union service to pay; and
  3. grab your 2008 Member sticker and you’re all done.

Canceling your Direct Debit Membership

  1. Complete this form:

  2. Take it to the Membership Officer in person (Information Centre, ground floor, Union House); or
  3. mail it to Membership Officer, MU Student Union Ltd, Union House, University of Melbourne 3010
