Issue #0000 — Library fines and cash payment
Description: Libraries do not accept cash payment for fines. This is inconvenient and confusing for students. There is a process using a photocopy card, but this is convoluted and students are unable to receive any change for their payment.
Response: The Secretary has contacted the library and Financial Operations and is encouraging the university to find a solution which balances staff concerns (mostly regarding security) and convenience for students.
