About Farrago
Wednesday, January 16 2013
Farrago was first published as the independent voice of students at the University of Melbourne in 1925.
Its content is written entirely by students under the direction of the editorial team. In 2013, this editorial team consists of Emma Koehn, Meg Watson, Sally Whyte and Sarah McColl.
The Media Department is responsible for publishing student magazine, Farrago. Printed since 1925, the magazine has long been the independent and irreverent voice of students across the University.
In 2013, you can expect nine editions of Farrago, a creative writing anthology Above Water, multiple workshops, a regular media collective and launch parties. All students, irrespective of their course or discipline, are encouraged to attend all our events and workshops, submit articles and art, and most importantly, read Farrago.
Farrago is inclusive, independent and fun. If you would like to contribute please contact the editors to discuss your piece. You can email farrago2013@gmail.com or drop into the office on the first floor of Union House.
