This Thursday your Student Union will host a forum to discuss changes to the Arts Faculty. Student representatives will host a general discussion and the Dean will be available for questions.
This forum is regarding recent proposals by the Faculty of Arts to cut academics and staff. Your Student Union representatives feel that this will have a negative impact on the quality of teaching and administrative support for students studying for degrees in Arts.

We also welcome any stories of your experiences with the Arts Faculty.
Date: Thursday the 10th of April
Time: 1-2pm
Venue: Theatre 1, Old Geology. Map ref: H19
In addition, we feel that students should show their support for any staff and academics targeted by the cuts. We encourage you all to email, write or call your lecturers, tutors and supervisors to show your support.
If you want to help organise this event or just get more information, come to the Education Action Collective at 1pm on Wednesdays in Graham Cornish A, level 2 Union House.
