Cast-On Charity Group (CCCG) acts as a group to encourage learning and improving handicraft skills such as knitting and crocheting while participating in events and projects to raise funds for charity. We hope to encourage you to explore your creative side, meet new people and have a great time.
As time proceeds, we aim to be able to knit dolls, scarves, hats and other things. All knitted goods will be sent for charity sales.
The structure of our club’s programme allows individuals or groups to learn handicrafts at their own pace while having a focused group project. We do encourage individual projects, however strive to work together to create handicraft gift for charity. An elected executive committee is in charge of the club; who organises learning sessions as well as social events. We invite you to come share this experience and to get your needles and wool out and on. Most importantly, we want you to have fun and make friends!
