To promote clubs on campus, the Clubs and Societies Department hosts a Clubs and Societies Expo twice a year in February (Orientation Week) and July (Mid Year O’Week) where students can meet and join as many clubs as they like.
External businesses can book to be part of these events as authorised sponsors. For more information, please contact Sara on s.bosch-at-union.unimelb.edu.au or call 8344 8869.
The Department does not have a dedicated medium for advertising to clubs. Requests for forwarding materials such as promo flyers and vouchers will not be accepted. We recommend advertising in the official student magazine Farrago.
