The Arts Lab is an open access workshop for Student Union Members designed for multiple creative activities and uses.
The light filled Arts Lab is well equipped for easel and two dimensional table based art practice as well as textile and craft. The Arts Lab is a space for students to explore their ideas and try something different through specifically designed creative workshops. All you need to do is convey your interest to the Arts lab Coordinator via email or simply turn up on the day of the workshop.
A variety of short courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year so come and explore the Arts Lab and develop your creative skills to compliment your academic ones!
The Arts Lab will be running a variety of free open access creative workshops for union members throughout the semester. They will operate on a first in best dressed basis. Louise Hall, (Arts Lab Coordinator and Technician) will be designing these workshops for maximum student involvement.
Each workshop will be inspiring and educational. The creative framework will be set up for you and you will be left to explore the possibilities in a supportive environment.
