The Student Union’s Arts and Media Departments are joining forces to bring students a new series of events – WordPlay!
The Dig Collective are a Melbourne based physical theatre collective that creates theatre through a devised process and commitment to physical training. We like to tell stories through our bodies, stories that are alive, physically unafraid and delight in the unexpected. At the Dig Collective we are always looking for new ways to play and sometimes a little bit of mess just isn’t enough. Can you dig it?
A new series of events for students from all artistic walks of life. From the 15th-24th of August, Australia’s largest student arts festival – Mudfest – will be taking over The University of Melbourne. With Mudfest on the horizon, the Arts Department wants to encourage students from a diverse range of artistic backgrounds and practices to create new and exciting work.
Above Water is an annual creative writing anthology run by the Arts and Media departments of the Student Union. It is an exciting opportunity to showcase your work, and submission is open to all students at the University of Melbourne. Deadline: Monday 27 May.
