Hai Union members (everyone)!
We are Devrim and Jonno, and we are the returning Activities Officers for 2012. As our department’s name may have suggested, we organise events and activities.
Our most frequent event is the Tuesday Beers, Bands and BBQ. Every Tuesday there will be free Little Creatures beer and cider, soft drinks, sausages and veggie burgers in North Court. And there will be a band as well: we have some very exciting acts lined up for the first few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.
Last year we ran an outrageously successful Start of Uni Party (SoUP) on campus. We are looking to repeat this event and all its glory, tickets will be available in O-Week from the info desk or our office (first floor Union House).
Other shenanigans we have planned include Trivia nights, cocktail parties and potentially a sneaky Toga Party.
